EXPANSION of our machinery

Within our expansion process we established two new state of the art machines.

DMC 160 U five axes milling machine

On this CAD/CAM CNC milling machine Pelton and Francis runner are being produced based on state of the art technology as well as Kaplan blades, guide vanes, nozzles, guide wheel rings and other parts. The possible traverse path is 1.600 x 1.250 x 1.000 mm.

JUARISTI TX3 S-MG 20 four axes boring machine

On this machine Kaplan blades, guide wheel rings, spiral casings, generator consoles and other parts are processed on state of the art technology. The possible traverse path is 3.000 x 4.000 x 2.000 mm.

On both machines exists the possibility of calibrating components through "Renishaw"- sensing devices.

 

Tool changers are assuring fully automated operation.
